To build a highly unique, natural product-inspired macrocyclic toolbox for challenging targets; utilize this toolbox in our internal drug discovery programs as well as for making it available to others through various collaborative business models. To demonstrate the power of our macrocyclic toolbox for tackling targets, currently considered “undruggable” at present; targets related to multiple protein-protein, DNA-protein-protein interactions, de-regulation in transcription and translation in cancer.

Tackling complex drug discovery problems through developing integrated approaches (including chemical biology to drug discovery); develop our abilities to answer difficult questions – for ex. questions related to mode of action, the effect on off biological targets etc. Build this path either through collaborative or fee for service model.

Develop novel, non-infringement synthesis methods for challenging APIs / Drugs and Complex Generics; utilize modern organic synthesis, stereo- and enantioselective synthesis and aim for developing catalytic methods.

Establish our core competency in developing novel methods for producing biomolecules / biosimilars; build our strength in thorough characterization using various analytical skill-sets.
